All purchases from Leopra are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by contacting us at Leoprabusiness@gmail.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You may use the self-serve return option in your order confirmation or account page to initiate this process.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
